I am a leader & coach in product, UX and agility. My passion is working with empowered, inspired, cross-functional teams to deliver amazing experiences for users & deliver business impact.

I believe dreaming about creating great products is not enough - we must also act: my work as an agile coach has helped me guide teams towards the pursuit delivery excellence with a bias for action.

Contributing to my mission, I have worked with an inspiring team to create & grow the Agile-Lean International Conference and community. We create a space for Product leaders, Developers, Coaches and UX Designers to come together to learn how to deliver business outcomes collaboratively.
